The location of Scotty's Motel is fantastic for hikers, close to trails and beautiful scenery. The large bathrooms in our room made it feel spacious. However, we faced issues with the heater in our room. it was broken and noisy, disrupting our sleep at night. We had to call for assistance to get a room change, which came too late in our stay to salvage our experience. On a brighter note, the hotel is clean, and our bed was comfortable. I did appreciate that we received a bottle of wine for our anniversary, which was a nice touch. Despite the staff being unavailable for most of our stay, the room change was handled promptly once we reached out.

The sleeping environment was comfortable, thanks to the cozy bedding that helped me rest well after a day of exploring the area.

The bathroom was quite cramped, making it difficult to navigate, especially for anyone not accustomed to smaller spaces.

The location's super convenient for hikers! 🌲 But the heater in our room was noisy and ruined our sleep. Clean room and comfy bed made up for some issues though!

Clean room, comfortable bed, the air conditioning worked perfectly during our stay, and the free parking made it easy to explore the area, which is about 84 km from the nearest airport.
